¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in the first call.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation in respect of first information report dated 18.10.2022, registered as Case Crime No.0264 of 2022, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506, 307, 147, 120B IPC, Police Station Machhalishaher, District Jaunpur.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.
