¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The delay in filing the review application is satisfactorily explained and therefore it is condoned. Civil Misc. Review Application

¶2Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was a candidate from self financed college affiliated to the University and the result of self-financed colleges was declared on 20.10.2022. The applicant scored 10 marks more in theory paper as compared to respondent no. 6. Respondent no. 6 is stated to be a candidate from a government college affiliated to the University and result of the government colleges was declared on 29.10.2022.

¶3His contention is that after seeing his theory marks, the respondent University had increased the marks of respondent no. 6 in practical paper. He admits that he has no evidence to support the said plea except for the apprehension expressed in this regard.

¶4We find no error apparent on the face of record to warrant review of the order dated 24.7.2023.
