¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the show-cause notice dated 12-10-2023 passed by the Additional Police Commissioner, Commissionerate, Ghaziabad in Case No. 597 of 2023, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Control of Goonda Act, 1970, P.S. Kotwali, district Ghaziabad.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.
