¶1Heard Sri Anand Kumar Shukla, Advocate, holding the brief of Sri Lok Nath Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-gaon sabha and Sri Mridul Kumar, learned standing counsel for the state-respondents.

¶2On 8.11.2023, the following order was passed by this Court:- "1. Counsel for the petitioner shall address the Court on the next date as to how the instant writ petition is maintainable for the expeditious disposal of the proceeding under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 at the instance of the petitioner who is the complainant.

¶2On the request of the counsel for the petitioner, matter is adjourned.

¶3Put up this matter as fresh on 6.12.2023."

¶3Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed but with liberty to initiate fresh proceedings in accordance with law.
