¶3The instant writ petition seeks quashing of first information report dated 20.06.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 174 of 2023 under Section 302, 201 of I.P.C., Police Station-Tarkulava, District-Deoria.

¶4The first information report impugned is under Section 302 of IPC which is a heinous offence. This Court is not even inclined to entertain the writ petition.
