¶1Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India, Mr. Santosh Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "(i). To issue writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 18.04.2018 (corrected on

25.04.2018/28.05.2018) passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in Original Application No. 330/001561 of 2016, Kapil Deo Srivastava and another v. Union of India and others (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition).

(ii). To issue any other suitable writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

(iii). To award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioners"

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
