¶1This writ petition has been filed challenging the possession notice and also the notice by which the auction had been announced. Sri Habib Ahmad, learned counsel for the Bank states that as per the judgment of the Supreme Court in Celir LLP vs. Bafna Motor (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. (Civil Appeal Nos.5542-5543 of 2023 decided on 21.9.2023) no interference be made by this Court.

¶2We find substance in the submission of learned counsel for the respondent-Bank.

¶3In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court relied upon by the learned counsel for the Bank, no interference is warranted.
