¶1Heard Sri Sanjay Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The instant application has been filed seeking direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the Maintenance Case No. 1249 of 2022 (Savita vs. Om Prakash Yadav) arising out of proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Phoolpur, District Allahabad expeditiously within stipulated period.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant application.
