¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Trial court for early decision of Case No. 36741 of 2023 (State Vs. Botani Devi @ Arti Devi & others), arising out of Case Crime No. 634 of 2020, under Sections-308, 325, 323, 504 I.P.C., Police Station-Gagaha, District-Gorakhpur, pending before the Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 4, Gorakhpur.

¶3Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
