The applicants were enlarged on interim bail by the order dated 07.11.2023 granting time to the learned counsel for the informant to file counter affidavit but initially no counter affidavit was filed. Subsequently counter affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the informant. There is nothing in the counter affidavit which may prevent the applicants from being enlarged on bail. Interim order dated 07.11.2023 passed by this court is hereby confirmed. The applicants shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions as given in earlier interim order dated 07.11.2023 during pendency of trial. Bail application is allowed.
