1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to stay the effect and operation of the order dated 27.09.2023 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.2, Mau in Criminal Case No. 632 of 2021 (Mohd Arshad Vs. Shahzadi).

¶3By the aforesaid order, application filed by the defendant/respondent being Application No. 15-C for interim maintenance was allowed and petitioner (husband) was directed to make payment of Rs. 5000/- lump sump.

¶4After some arguments were heard, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and, therefore, it may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶5In view of aforesaid, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

¶6Copy of the order passed today, be supplied to Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.2, Mau through Registrar (Compliance) of Allahabad High Court before whom proceeding is pending within a week. Order Date 5.12.2023 T.S. High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
