¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus directing the State respondents to fix circle rate at the rate of Rs. 30,000/- per square meter w.e.f. 30 October, 2014 in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court on 11.09.2019 in petition No. 17452 of 2017 connected with petition No. 18068 of 2019.

¶2Shri Rajeev Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel is in receipt of instructions, according to which, decision in compliance of order of the writ Court, has been taken on

11.12.2023, a copy of the said order has been placed before the Court.

¶3Shri Anurag Khanna, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Kartikeya Saran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 11.12.2023.
