¶1Petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 30th August, 2023, whereby they have been allotted the work of Booth Level Officer (B.L.O.) in the Legislative Election in the area 262-North Allahabad.

¶2Petitioners want that petitioners' duty should be allotted in a nearby place as they are working as Seenchpal.

¶3In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to make representation before the District Magistrate/ Electoral Officer, Prayagraj, namely, respondent No.-2 raising all their grievances within a period of two weeks from today and in the event any such representation is moved, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the respondent No.- 2 strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
