Learned counsel for the Bank Sri Abhishek Ahuja informs that the proceedings under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, have been withdrawn as the decision on the objection of the borrower had not been taken. We, therefore, refrain from interfering in the matter. The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Needless to mention that it shall be always open to the Bank to decide the objection of the petitioner filed under Section 13 (2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, in accordance with law.
