¶1Heard Sri Vipin Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Vibhav Ojha, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 3 to make proper investigation in the first information report dated 7.7.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 01015 of 2023, under Section 498A, 323, 504, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kagaraul, District Agra.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 103 of 2023 dated 9.10.2023 has been forwarded in the present case wherein Section 376 IPC has been deleted and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
