¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for State.

¶2Learned AGA has raised preliminary objection and submitted that this application is not maintainable as against the order impugned, applicants have alternative remedy to file revision under Sections 397/401 Cr.P.C.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicants could not dispute the aforesaid fact.

¶4The application is dismissed with liberty to the applicants to approach competent court, if so advised.

¶5In case, any revision is filed within 15 days from today, same shall not be rejected on ground of laches, but be decided on merits.
