¶1Heard Shri Syed Ashraf Ali, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Kamlesh Kumar Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of Session Trial No. 90 of 2021 (State Vs. Niyamatullah and others) under sections 147, 48, 149 and 302 I.P.C. arising out of Case Crime No. 255 of 2019 pending in the court of Additional District and Session Judge, Court No. 1, Hamirpur within a time bound period.

¶3After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant application, at this stage.
