Order on the Writ Petition A personal affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Shahjahanpur in compliance with the order dated 22.11.2023. A perusal of the affidavit shows that all post retiral benefits due to the petitioner on account of pension, gratuity, provident fund, group insurance, leave encashment, arrears of assured career progression, difference in leave encashment on account of revision have all been paid. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that there are no further dues on account of his post retiral benefits. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record. Order on the Stay Application. Disposed of.
