¶1Grievance of petitioner is that his Revision No.691 of 2022 (Zorai and others Vs. Rambujh and others) under Section 48 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 is pending before respondent No.1 (Deputy Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh) and the same has not been decided till date.

¶2I have perused the order sheet annexed along with this writ petition. On various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work. Therefore, the Authority concerned cannot put on fault.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner on instruction submits that petitioner undertakes that on next as well as on subsequent dates either petitioner himself or his Advocate shall appear before concerned authority and will not take any adjournment.

¶4Taking note of undertaking given by learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid revision expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
