Judgment
Order on Revision
¶1Heard Shri Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent, and perused the record.
¶2The revisionist has preferred instant revision with a prayer to set aside the exparte judgment order dated 01.04.2022 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai in Criminal Misc. Case No. 213 of 2020 titled as Smt. Rakhi and another vs. Devendra Barar, under section 125 Cr.P.C.
¶3Having heard learned counsel for the revisionist and having gone through the record, it's revealed that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai has awarded a maintenance of Rs. 4,000/- per month to the wife-respondent no.2, which is just and reasonable.
¶4In such view of the matter, no good ground has been shown in the revision petition. The revision-petition is devoid of merits, and is accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 1.12.2023 Ujjawal High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
