¶2This is a bail cancellation application against the order dated

29.7.2022 by which bail was granted to the opposite party no.2 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.55031 of 2021.

¶3Vide order dated 1.2.2023, notice was issued to the opposite party no.2. As per office report dated 21.3.2023, notice has been served upon the opposite party no.2 personally but no one appears on behalf of opposite party no.2 despite service of notice.
