¶1Heard Sri Navin Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Prashant Saxena, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of the orders of non-bailable warrants dated 06.09.2022 and

05.10.2023 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/FTC Ist, Gautam Budh Nagar in Case No. 296 of 2022 (State vs. Mohit and others), arising out of case Crime No. 93 of 2021 under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Sector 58 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge/FTC Ist, Gautam Budh Nagar.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant application and apply for recall of the order issuing non-bailable warrants before the Trial Court, which shall be decided in accordance with law by the Trial Court.
