¶2The instant application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 519 of 2022 (Bashir Ahmad vs. Balvinder Kaur) u/S 138 N.I. Act, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Gorakhpur, pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Court No.8, Gorakhpur.

¶3After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the instant applicant, at this stage.
