¶1Heard Mr. Krishna Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India and Mr. P.K. Pandey and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2Cause shown for the delay in filing of the Substitution Application is to the satisfaction of the Court.

¶1Heard Mr. Krishna Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India and Mr. P.K. Pandey and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2This is an application for substituting the legal heirs of respondent no.1, namely, Sudhir Kumar and Kirti Kumari as respondent no.1/1 and respondent no.1/2.

¶3Since no objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is deemed to be allowed.

¶4Necessary substitutions are also deemed to have been carried out. Ref.:-MEMO OF PETITION

¶2The facts and dispute raised in the present writ petition are more or less identical to that of Writ-A No. - 22170 of 2022 (Union Of India And 2 Others Vs. Jawahar Lal And 30 Others), which has been disposed of by a separate order passed today.
