¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for State.

¶2The instant bail cancellation application has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 5, by the Sessions Court on 13.10.2023 in Case Crime No. No. 37 of 2022, under Sections 147, 308, 336, 323, 504, 506 and 325 of IPC, Police Station Manth, District Mathura.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 5 are threatening and and sending exemption application in the matter, as the bail was granted by the Sessions Court itself.

¶4Learned AGA for State submits that in case of any threat, applicant may move bail cancellation application before the court concerned.

¶5In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the trial court concerned to consider the bail cancellation application, if such an application is filed before the court below concerned, and decide the same on merits after giving suitable opportunity to the Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 5.
