¶1Case called out in the revised list. None has appeared to press this writ petition.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

28.10.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.432 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420 I.P.C. and 6, 10 U.P. Public Examination Act 1998, Police Station-Sarnath, District-Varanasi.

¶3We have perused the allegations in the FIR, which are to the effect that an imposter was appearing on behalf of the petitioner in P.E.T.-23 Examination. The allegations in the FIR contain the ingredients of a cognizable offence. The writ petition therefore, cannot be quashed.
