¶1The prayer made in the writ petition is for quashing of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the Collector/Arbitrator, Ghazipur in proceedings under section 3 G (5) of the National Highway Act, 1956 rejecting the application of the petitioner for spot inspection of the acquired land.

¶2Admittedly, arbitration proceedings are still pending and award is yet to be made.

¶3We, therefore, decline to examine the challenge made in this writ petition at this stage.

¶4The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order along with final award.
