The sole prayer in the writ petition is that the Case No. 00798 of 2022, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 Panjab National Bank vs. M/s Agmotex Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. and Others be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time. Sri Ankur Tandon, learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case. Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case we direct the respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Dehat to decide the case of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment.
