Since the order impugned is appealable and no such appeal has been filed, we are not inclined to entertained the present writ petition filed against the order of externment. In the facts of the case it is provided that in the event, petitioner preferred an appeal within a week from today along with a certified copy of this order, the same shall be entertained without raising any objection with regard to limitation and the stay application filed therein, shall be considered within a further period of two weeks thereafter.
