The appeal is of the year 1986. None appears to press the instant second appeal. On 10.8.2023, this Court had passed the following order which reads as under: "Learned counsel for the appellant is reported to be on sanctioned leave till 14.08.2023. List on 18.08.2023 peremptorily." Again on 18.8.2023, this Court had passed the following order which reads as under: "Shri Awadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant is reported to be on sanctioned leave till 01.09.2023. List on 06.09.2023 peremptorily." Today again, it is reported that the learned counsel for the appellant is on sanctioned leave. Since the matter is listed peremptorily, the benefit of sanctioned leave would not available to the learned counsel for the appellant.
