The order dated 24.4.2023 reads as under: "This writ petition is filed by petitioner challenging appellate order dated

8.8.2011 whereby appellate authority has affirmed the order of cancellation of Petrol Pump licence of petitioner. Against the order cancelling Petrol Pump licence, Writ Petition No.2055

(MB) of 2011 was filed before this Court, which was decided by order dated 17.3.2011 finding that matter is cognizable at Allahabad. The said order is filed as Annexure-16 to the writ petition. Hence, Writ-C No.19136 of 2011 was filed at Allahabad, wherein in view of alternative remedy of appeal, petition was disposed of. Now, appeal is also decided and again a petition is filed at Lucknow. Learned counsel for respondents raises a preliminary objection on the basis of order dated 17.3.2011 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2055 (MB) of 2011 (Annexure-16). The matter appears to be cognizable at Allahabad. Registry is directed to list this case before Hon'ble the Chief Justice under Clause 14 of U.P. High Court Amalgamation Order, 1948 as early as possible." Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the said prayer. After hearing counsel for the parties and perusing the above order passed by this Court on 24.4.2023, I am of the view that it would be in the interest of justice to transfer the instant petition to the Principal Bench of this Court at Allahabad.
