This Court by means of order dated 17.10.2023 had directed the appellants to take steps both ways by 28th October, 2023. As per the office report dated 30th October, 2023, the learned counsel for the appellant has failed to take steps. Since the matter is listed under Chapter 12 Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 and even at the end of the business hours of the Court, the steps have yet not been taken. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed in terms of Chapter 12 Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
