The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order whereby the application of the petitioner for provisional release was rejected and the appeal filed thereafter was also dismissed. The counsel for the respondent states that subsequent to the said orders, a fresh order of confiscation has already been passed against the petitioner on 21.09.2023. In view of the said statement, the present writ petition disposed of permitting the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him against the said order in accordance with law.
