Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. This appeal is of the year 1989. Record indicates that appeal was dismissed for want of appropriate steps in terms of the order dated 07.02.1990. The record further indicates that the appellant moved an application bearing C.M.A. No.38225 of 2010 seeking recall of the order, on which notices were issued. However, again as per office report dated 10.05.2022, the steps have not been taken. Let fresh steps be taken both ways in terms of the earlier order within a week from today, failing which, the appeal stands dismissed without further recourse to the Court.
