¶1Seen the office report dated 28.4.2023, whereby it has been reported that in pursuance to the office report dated 27.4.2023, undelivered envelope of card notice issued to the sole petitioner vide dispatch No.2286 dated 20.3.2023 has not been received back nor any Vakalatnama has been filed till date. As the stipulated time of thirty days has been elapsed, service of card notice is deemed sufficient on the sole petitioner in view of Chapter VIII Rule 12 Explanation II of the High Court Rules.

¶2Case is called out. None for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel is present.

¶3In view of the above, the case is dismissed for want of prosecution.
