The record indicates that the appellant had moved an application bearing I.A. No. 8 of 2023 to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no. 1/4 who was reported to have died on 20.08.2023. This Court by means of order dated 17.11.2023 had directed the appellants to take steps and as per the office report dated

28.11.2023, the steps have not been taken, however, the office report dated 28.11.2023 also indicates that in respect of death of certain other respondents upon whom the earlier notices were sent, they are also not sufficient in so far as respondent nos. 1/6/1, 1/6/2 and 1/6/3 are concerned. As a matter of last resort, the appellant is granted a week's time to take steps in respect of the proposed legal heirs in terms of the order dated 17.11.2023 and shall also take steps for the unserved respondents no. 1/6/1, 1/6/2, and 1/6/3 both ways.
