¶1Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State is taken on record.

¶2None appears for the petitioner.

¶3Learned AGA, on the basis of short counter affidavit, says that Chargesheet was prepared 20.08.2023 and a supplementary chargesheet was prepared on 06.10.2023 which are pending with a Supervisory Authority.
