¶1The instant petition has been filed to espouse the cause of street vendors and for enforcement of their rights under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.

¶2It is not disputed that during the pendency of the proceedings, the Grievance Redressal Forum has come into existence. It has ample power to redress the grievance of street vendors.

¶3Therefore, we leave it open to the aggrieved persons to approach the said Forum for redressal of their grievance, if any.
