08.03.2010. As per office report dated 29.05.2010, the respondent no.1 Ainul Haq, respondent no.2 Mohd. Nasir and respondent no.4 Rafeeq Ahmad were reported to be dead. On 15.07.2010, time was sought by the appellant to seek instructions. Thereafter again on 09.08.2023, none appeared on behalf of the appellant.
