Present criminal revision has been filed against the impugned summoning order dated 28.02.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faizabad, Court No.1 in Sessions Trial No.213/2022, arising out of case crime no.215/2022, under Sections 302, 504 IPC, registered at police station - Bikapur, District Faizabad. By the impugned order the learned trial court has summoned the applicants under Section 319 CrPC. The trial court after noticing the deposition of various prosecution witnesses, i.e., PW 1, PW2, PW 3 and PW 4 has found that the said witnesses have nominated the applicants and specific roles to them of assaulting the deceased and inflicting the fatal injuries upon him. No fault can be found in the impugned order. In this wake no interference in the impugned order is warranted. Criminal revision is liable to be dismissed and is dismissed.
