Learned counsel for the parties contend that the criminal proceedings arise out of matrimonial dispute. The parties have arrived at a compromise which has been reduced to writing and the opposite party no. 2 does not want to press the prosecution. The compromise has been verified by the learned trial court. Learned AGA does not dispute the aforesaid fact on the basis of instructions. In this wake the chargesheet registered as Case no. 46509 of 2018 Case Crime no. 143 of 2015 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nigohan, District Lucknow pending before the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Lucknow is hereby quashed. The application is allowed.
