And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Rakesh Kumar Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. Learned counsel for the parties contend that the criminal proceedings arise out of matrimonial dispute. The parties have arrived at a compromise which has been reduced to writing and both learned counsel have identified their respective parties. In view of the aforesaid there is no possibility of conviction of any of the accused person. Permitting the trial to go on will entail loss of judicial time in a futile proceeding. In addition the parties will be needlessly harassed. In this wake the entire proceedings of Criminal Case no. 6415 of 2022 Case Crime no. 35 of 2021 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P.
