¶1Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.1 to 4 to forthwith remove the illegal possession of the Opp. Party No.5 over Gaon Sabha Land (Banjar) of Gata No.154/0.052 hectare situate at Village Tedwa Chilaula, Pargana Khairabad Tehsil and District Sitapur. ......"
