Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record. Under challenge in this petition is the F.I.R. No.316 of 2020 lodged on 06.12.2020 under Section 409 and 506 I.P.C at Police Station-Sushant Golf City, District-Lucknow. On the basis of the counter affidavit learned A.G.A. submits that final report has been prepared on 21.12.2022 and submitted before the Supervisory Authority for taking necessary decision. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that for a period of four weeks for taking decision by Supervisory Authority or till the decision taken by the Supervisory Authority, whichever is earlier the petitioners shall not be arrested.
