(3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of short counter affidavit says that the Charge-sheet has been prepared and sent to the Supervisory Authority.

(4) Learned counsel for the petitioner says that it has not yet been filed in Court.

(5) Supervisory Authority is directed to take an appropriate decision within a period of four weeks.

(6) For a period of four weeks' or till filing of the Charge-sheet before the Competent Court, whichever is earlier, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall continue.
