The present writ petition was filed challenging an order of injunction passed in favour of the plaintiff and the allowing of an appeal filed against the said order. When the petitioner had approached this Court, this Court had passed the following order on 21.05.2012:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties. Appearance has been put in by Sri R.R. Upadhyay on behalf of opposite party no. 5 and Sri Maya Ram Yadav has appeared on behalf of opposite party no.2. Issue notice to opposite party nos. 3 and 4. List after service of notice. The dispute in regard to the plot of the petitioner, which was purchased by her by means of sale deed executed in the year 1996 has been raised in this petition. The parties are claiming, inter se, possession against each other. Without going into the controversy, it is provided that the petitioner's possession in respect of the land purchased by her in the year 1996 shall not be disturbed." It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that the suit is still pending. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2008 and the petitioner is enjoying the injunction since the year 2012, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned Court to decide the suit bearing R.S. No. 389 of 2008 with all expedition without granting any adjournment whatsoever. Interim order dated
