The application is accompanied by the affidavit of the appellant herself wherein Para-2 it is stated that the appellant does not wish to press the second appeal. A copy of the said application has been served on the learned counsel for the respondent Shri Aditya Tiwari. Since, the appellant does not wish to press the second appeal, accordingly, the application is allowed and the second appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order, if any, stands discharged. The record of the trial Court concerned shall also be sent back forthwith.
