¶1Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vivek Raj Singh, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Vinay Shanker Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶2In compliance of the order dated 16.11.2023 passed by this Court, Dr. Anand Kumar Singh, Vice Chancellor, Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur is present in person along with supplementary affidavit, the same is taken on record.

¶3Sri Vivek Raj Singh, learned Senior Advocate has stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. The petitioner has been permitted for his joining and has submitted his joining.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact and has also stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with.

¶5Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
