¶1Pursuant to the interim order dated 14.06.2023 passed by this Court the petitioner's offer for appointment on the post of Food Analyst has been revived vide order dated 15.06.2023, and he has been request to join at FSSAI at the earliest. The petitioner has also been directed to undergo medical examination at the Government Hospital, and submit medical certificate duly issued by the medical examination board of the Government Hospital. It has also been directed that if the petitioner does not go and join at FSSAI, the competent Authority would be entitled to cancel the offer of appointment.

¶2This writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner has joined or will join within a period of one week from today, he shall be assigned duty, as may be desirable by the competent Authority for his post .
