¶1By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to respondent no. 4, Block Development Officer, Deen Shah Gaura, Raebareli to ensure compliance of letter dated

19.01.2023 issued by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Raebareli.

¶2Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Amarnath Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State Authorities, we do not find any ground to issue such a direction.
